Remote management of payment devices

Device Manager enables PayChannel to monitor and control remote payment devices, servers, kiosks and hardware from our central Operations office.

Device Manager is a powerful management system that allows remote support of large estates of payment terminals from deployment to remote software upgrade. The system enables the user to remotely maintain installed hardware and to continually monitor devices for performance, while allowing remote management of AV, IDS and application updates to ensure continual service in the field.
