Web-based Transaction Management and Reporting

The Interactive EFT online transaction management module provides access for customers to view, manage and report on their transactions from a single, easy to use interface.

The module can be accessed from any web browser, and supports graded access rights and permissions for administrators to view transactions in real time, perform tasks and create reports for download and export into MIS systems or spread sheets for further analysis.

Risk assessment outcomes, virtual account tasks and edits and other activities are all supported online, and all administrators activities are tracked in an audit log giving you full system visibility and control.
